Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to all orders placed at Grably (https://shopgrably.pages.dev). The seller is Grably, sole proprietorship (Einzelfirma), owner Albert Berisha, Hohlstrasse 201, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland. Email: shopgrably@proton.me.

2. Orders and contract

Product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By completing checkout you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when your payment has been successfully processed and you receive the payment confirmation by email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable; any payment already made is then refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is included in the price. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is shown. Import VAT, duties or carrier fees charged by your country are not included and are payable by the recipient. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, all EU member states, Switzerland, Norway. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are shown on each product page and in our Shipping & Returns policy; they are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return items within 30 days from receipt as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Consumers in the EU and UK additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, described on the same page.

6. Defects and warranty

If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered: Free replacement or full refund — no return needed, a photo is enough. Statutory warranty rights under the law applicable to you remain unaffected.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
