Shipping

• We ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, all EU member states, Switzerland, Norway.
• Shipping cost: Free — shipping is included in the price.
• Order processing: 1–3 business days before your order ships.
• Delivery time: shown on each product page. If no specific time is listed, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after shipping.
• Customs and import fees: depending on your country, import VAT, duties or carrier handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Orders are shipped directly by our fulfillment partners. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact us.

Returns (30 days)

• Return window: 30 days from receipt.
• Condition: unused, in its original packaging.
• Return shipping: Paid by the customer.
• Return address: Sent to you by email on request. Please contact us before sending anything back.
• Refund: the purchase price is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Free replacement or full refund — no return needed, a photo is enough. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the item.

Right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, for example by email to shopgrably@proton.me, stating your name, order number and the items concerned. Sending your notice before the period ends is enough.

Effects of withdrawal: we refund all payments received for the withdrawn items, including the original standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase. You must send the goods back within 14 days of your notice and you bear the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy above applies in addition to, and does not limit, this statutory right.
